Logline
A former Marine intervenes in a robbery with empathy instead of force—only to discover that doing the right thing can get you killed.

 

Synopsis
After attending his friend’s military funeral, Frank, a former Marine, stops at a gas station and notices a nervous man about to rob the store. Relying on instinct and restraint, Frank chooses to de-escalate the situation rather than respond with force.

Believing the man is a fellow veteran, he offers help instead of confrontation. But outside, that decision proves fatal—leaving behind a haunting reminder that doing the right thing doesn’t always lead to the right outcome.
